Let the Music Play was a musical game prototype developed with the famous Jamiroquaï band. It was my end of studies project at ENJMIN / Gobelins
ROLE
I was a Game Designer, and the Narrative Designer (and also Producer). I designed Game Mechanics and levels (similar to Guitar Hero).

BABEL RISING
Ubisoft Game Challenge (3 days)

Babel Rising is a 6 VS 6 (turn-based) Tablet Party Game in which the moderns fight against the ancient for building the tower of great Babel. The main constraint of the Ubisoft Challenge was to create a game with at least 10 players.
ROLE
I was the main Game Designer. I created the Game Concept and the core gameplay mechanics

UNEXPECTED EXPERIMENTS
Survival cooperative FPS (2 days)

Unexpected Experiments is a local 2 players cooperative survival FPS. Each player plays a character (named Gran'Yellow and Lil'Purple in a separate room. You have to survive waves of ennemies, but each time you turn on the light in your room, it turns off the light for your partner and vice and versa.
ROLE
I was one of the Game Designer and I helped the junior programmer to prototype some features (FPS camera, game mechanics). I took part to create the Game Concept and the core gameplay mechanics

Novel Game (2 days)

12 Heartbeats Away is a Novel Game about break-up. You basically are going to enter the mind of a boy that wants to convince his girlfriend to not break up with him. You can go through his interior monolog seeking for the good argument that would seduced her again. But you have to hurry up because you only have the time of 12 heartbeats to find that thoughtful jewellery deep inside his mind.

ALONE IN THE CITY
Simulation Game (4 months)

You play a grumpy person that wants to ruin the life of his neighbourhood.
Alone In the City was a serious game developed for a cognitive science research team. They wanted to create a fun way to motivate people to participate to their studies (about Planification in Psychology / Human Factor).
ROLE
Game Designer
MISSION
I did everything from the concept to the final prototype.

TEAM
A data scientist to define which metrics we wanted to extract from the experience. And the Cognitive Science / Human Research team.


The planification panel, you can move on the timeline and plan nuisance for one day. (each nuisance has a cost and a duration)

The Observation panel you can see neighbourhood life through their windows
